Interesting to listen to the evolution of this track in the studio. Studio rehearsals, takes.  With Nova Mob.  Evergreen Memorial Drive was released as a 7" in 1992, on the Matter of Degrees soundtrack, as a bonus track on the Nova Mob self titled album, on the Ecce Homo album and on the Oeuvrevue compiliation.  I think the 7" version is the same as the one on Matter of Degrees.  I think the Mark Goodier session version is probably the best though.
